How it works

YOUR HARVEST = PROFIT
GOOD POLLINATION = GOOD HARVEST

After a quick registration you will have access to verified and experienced beekeepers who are
rated and reviewed by other farmers, at no cost to you.

In your profile you will be able to:

  • post jobs
  • browse beekeepers filtering by top rated, most reviewed, location, and date
  • receive competitive price bids from beekeepers and invite beekeepers to bid on your jobs
  • accept offers to view beekeeper's contact information

YOU HAVE STRONG BEES READY FOR WORK.
NOW YOU NEED POLLINATION CONTRACTS.

This is the place where you can work directly with the farmer and avoid high brokerage fees.

After completing registration and updating billing information, you can:
  •  Browse jobs filtering by location, crops, and date
  •  Receive job invitations from farmers
  •  Submit price bids for jobs
  •  Once the farmer accepts your bid you will be charged a small one-time fee of $1 per hive contracted and obtain farmer’s direct contact information
  •  If the farmer rejects your bid, or your offer expires you will not be charged.
  •  We offer a RISK FREE experience.  Might you fail to reach an agreement with the farmer, we will review the case with both parties and issue a refund.

Dealing directly with the farmer enables you to build a long-term business relationship without the need of a third party.

Users can register on Pollination Board at no cost.

Farmers: There is no fee for reserving hives through Pollination Board.

Beekeepers: Currently we have a special!  Contract your bees for a one time fee of $1 per hive.  You pay only after the farmer accepts your offer.

Optional Hive Inspection Fee: $2 per hive.

We offer inspection services throughout California for a fee.  Please submit a request through the website if you want your hives inspected.  We will contact you shortly.

As a beekeeper, if your hives are inspected:

  • Your profile will display an “inspected mark” visible to farmers in search results.
  • Farmers can filter out results to view only beekeepers with inspected hives.
  • Your price bids will appear first for the farmer to see.

As a farmer, you can also request inspection of hives to ensure your crops are getting proper pollination.
